Policy on Returned Goods: We have a 30-day (starting from the day of the purchase) satisfaction guaranteed policy regarding our books (hard copy) to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly refund you in full (minus a 10% transaction fee) as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Should you wish to return a book (hard copy), please contact Member Care Southern Africa at membercaremc@gmail.com and inform us why you were not satisfied with your purchase.
